We had the pabellón, carne mochada, and pollo con queso.We enjoyed all 3 of the empanadas! A lot of flavor in each. Not only was the food great, the workers were friendly and helpful!

On this episode of trying something new... I came across a Venezuelan entree called a Pepito. Which is essentially a flavor bomb of a sandwich that looks like a burrito but is not a burrito. The amount of madness going on in a single pepito is impressive. From sauces, to cheese, crazy flavorful meal, potato sticks, and more. Might even be too rich for some people but for people that enjoy intense flavor this is highly enjoyable. I've also been told Pabellon has top tier empanadas which I will definitely be trying on my next visit.
So somehow I've never had a pepito until today. It's a an epic creation. A torta on steroids and it's just better. The mixed pepito has ham, chicken, bacon, steak, potato chip pieces , there's more but I just wanted to give you the main standouts. There's a slightly sweet sauce that complements the savory meats, the crispy bread makes the sandwich that much more enjoyable. If you aren't on a diet and haven't tried a pepito you should because they are massive flavor bombs.
This is a very authentic Venezuelan Empanadas truck. Give it a try! I like the carne mechada and empanada de Pollo. They also have natural juices like parchita or passion fruit. The empanadas are very fresh and a good size. Thank you for bring empanadas toTampa!
This spot was AMAZING hands down the best Venezuelan empanadas I've eaten in this state and the people working there are super nice and attentive , 5/5 all the way!!
